1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or communications of ribby.dev LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ribby.dev LLC provides web development, mobile application development, and AI automation services. The scope, deliverables, and pricing of any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client. ribby.dev LLC retains the right to use general skills, methods, and frameworks developed during a project for future work. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Payment

Payment terms are defined in each project proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is brought current.

5. Limitation of Liability

ribby.dev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. SMS Terms

The following terms apply specifically to SMS (text message) communications from ribby.dev LLC.

• Opt-In is Optional. Subscribing to text messages from ribby.dev LLC is entirely optional. You do not need to opt in to text messages to contact us, hire us, or use any of our services. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
